✨ HIETSU BEACH VOLLEYN 30 – VUOTISJUHLAGAALA ✨
Tänä syksynä ei juhlita vain vuosia – juhlitaan historiaa, yhteisöä ja unohtumattomia hetkiä! HBV täyttää tänä vuonna huikeat 30 vuotta, ja nyt on aika pukea ylle parhaat bilevaatteet, nostaa malja (tai kaksikin) ja tanssia menneiden vuosikymmenten kunniaksi kuin huomista ei olisikaan!
Tämä ei ole mikä tahansa juhla – tämä on HBV:n GAALA.
Gaala järjestetään lauantaina 25.10.2025 Juhlasali Nostalgiassa, Sörnäisissä. Pukukoodina on tumma puku / cocktail. Eli nyt sitä parasta iltapukua päälle. Jos iltapukua ei löydy omasta eikä kaverin kaapista niin mukaan saa toki tulla lyhyemmilläkin helmoilla.
Myös avecit ja muut ei-HBV-jäsenet ovat sydämellisesti tervetulleita mukaan juhlimaan!
Spektaakkelimainen ilta tulee pitämään sisällään kolmen ruokalajin illallisen sekä kutkuttavia ohjelmanumeroita aina HBV Hall of Fame -palkitsemisista DJ:n siivittämiin, tanssilattian räjäyttäviin loppuillan tanssikarkeloihin.
Illan alustava aikataulu:
- klo 18:00 Saapuminen ja tunnelmaan virittäytyminen
- klo 18:45 Alkumaljat
- klo 19:00 Illallinen + juhlaohjelmaa
- klo 22:00 (noin) DJ starttaa bileet
- klo 01:30 Valomerkki, juhlat päättyvät 02:00

Lipun hintaan sisältyy alkumalja, kolmen ruokalajin buffet-illallinen, ruokajuomat sekä illan ohjelma.

✨ HIETSU BEACH VOLLEY’S 30TH ANNIVERSARY GALA ✨
This autumn, we’re not just celebrating years – we’re celebrating history, community, and unforgettable moments! HBV turns an incredible 30 this year, and it’s time to dress to impress, raise a toast (or two), and dance the night away in honor of the past decades like there’s no tomorrow!
This is not just any party – this is HBV’s GALA!
The gala will take place on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at Juhlasali Nostalgia in Sörnäinen. Dress code: dark suit / cocktail attire. So put on your finest evening gown! If you don’t have one, shorter hems are absolutely welcome too.
+1s and other non-HBV members are warmly welcome to join the celebration!
This spectacular evening includes a three-course dinner and exciting program from HBV Hall of Fame awards to DJ-led, dancefloor-shaking late-night partying.
Preliminary evening schedule:
18:00 Arrival and mingling
18:45 Welcome toast
19:00 Dinner + program
22:00 (approx.) DJ kicks off the party
01:30 Last call, event ends at 02:00
Price
Ticket includes welcome toast, a three-course buffet dinner, drinks with dinner, and the evening’s full program.
Price for HBV members:
- Super Early Bird: €59 / available until July 20, 2025
- Early Bird: €69 / available July 21 – August 31, 2025
- Regular: €75 / available September 1 – 27, 2025 (ticket sales close)
Price for non-HBV members: €80

Please bring your own drinks for the after-dinner party – there will be plenty of cold storage available!
Dinner will be seated. When registering, you may indicate 1–3 people you’d like to sit with.
