Tällä ja seuraavalla viikolla rannassa on kuhinaa, kun Beach Pro Tour Futures ja superviikon turnaukset käynnistyvät. Turnausten takia rannassa on myös vähemmän muuta pelitilaa. Beachboxilla rannan toisessa päädyssä on vielä kenttiä jonkun verran varattavissa kohtuuhintaan. Varauskalenteri on osoitteessa beachbox.fi.
BEACH PRO TOUR FUTURES 29.6.-2.7.
Kansainvälinen Beach Pro Tour Futures turnaus pelataan to 29.6. – su 2.7. HBV:n pelialueella. Tapahtuma-alueen pystytys on aloitettu eilen ja se jatkuu torstaihin asti (ks. kuva alla). Alue puretaan maanantaina. Pelikenttiä voi pystyttää alueen laitamille sinne, missä on tilaa. Talkoolaisille pystytetään mahdollisesti muutama kenttä, joilla he voivat pelata ennen ja jälkeen talkoovuoron.
Alueelle on vapaa pääsy. VIP-lippuja myydään ennakkoon HBV:n nettisivuilla. Lisätietoa hbv.fi/futures sekä Facebook-tapahtumassa.
SUPERVIIKKO 3.-9.7.
Superviikolla järjestetään turnauksia viikon jokaisena päivänä seuraavasti:
- Ma 3.7. Hape Open harrasteturnaus, ilmoittauminen jäsenille / ilmoittautuminen ei-jäsenille
- Ti 4.7. Junioriden SM -osakilpailu, osallistumismaksu jäsenet / osallistumismaksu muut (huomaa: ilmoittautuminen myös Torneopalissa)
- Ti 4.7. Tirsat, ilmoittautuminen aukeaa ma 3.7. klo 12 ja sulkeutuu ti 4.7. klo 08.00
- Ke 5.7. Junioreiden SM -osakilpailun toinen päivä (ks. osallistumislinkit ti 4.7. kohdalla).
- Ke 5.7. Keskarit, ilmoittautuminen aukeaa ti 4.7. klo 12 ja sulkeutuu ke 5.7. klo 08.00
- To 6.7. JNBT, Jyrki Nurminen Beach Tour, osallistumismaksu (huomaa: ilmoittautuminen myös Torneopalissa)
- Pe 7.7. Sekaturnaus harrastajille, ilmoittaudu
- La 8.7. Clash of Kings and Queens karsintaottelu, ilmoittaudu
- Su 9.7. Clash of Kings and Queens finaalipäivä
Muu pelaaminen rannassa on HBV:n jäsenille mahdollista samaan aikaan sitä mukaa, miten tilaa on vapaana tai vapautuu. Esimerkiksi iltaisin, pelien edetessä finaaleja kohti, vapautuu yleensä myös turnauskenttiä pelaamiseen. Yleistä tietoa HBV:n pelialueesta ja rannalla pelaamisesta löydät täältä.
VIIKKOKISAT
Viikkokisoja ei järjestetä tänään, eikä huomenna. Ensi viikolla viikkokisat järjestetään normaalisti 4.7. ja 5.7. Ensi viikolla rannassa pelataan myös tiistaina ja keskiviikkona päivällä junioreiden SM-osakilpailut. Tirsoissa 4.7. pelaajien vastuulla on vaihtaa junnurajat ja -verkot aikuisten rajoihin ja verkkoihin ennen tirsojen aloitusta ja takaisin junnurajoihin ja -verkkoihin tirsojen päätyttyä. Tämä on tärkeää, jotta kilpailut pääsevät alkamaan aikataulussa keskiviikkoaamuna.
TALKOOT
Talkoolaisia tarvitaan vielä molemmille viikoille.
Ilmoittaudu Futures-talkoisiin tällä lomakkeella ja täytä nimesi Exceliin (linkki lomakkeella) sellaisiin 4 h vuoroihin, jotka sopivat sinulle tai purkuun maanantaiaamuun.
Ilmoittautuminen superviikon eri tehtävien talkoisiin tapahtuu tämän linkin kautta (huomaa eri tehtävävälilehdet ilmoittautumislomakkeen alalaidassa.
Huomioithan, että turnausjärjestelyt vievät kaikkien HBV:n toimintaa pyörittävien vapaaehtoisten ja kesätyöntekijöiden aikaa reippaasti näinä viikkoina. Emme ehdi reagoimaan normaaliin tapaan yhteydenottoihin.
IN ENGLISH
During this week and the following week, there will be a buzz at the beach as the Beach Pro Tour Futures tournament and Super Week tournaments kick off. Due to the tournaments, there will be less available space for playing on the beach. Beachbox on the other side of the beach still has available courts to book at a reasonable price. You can find the booking calendar at beachbox.fi.
BEACH PRO TOUR FUTURES 29.6.-2.7.
The International Beach Pro Tour Futures tournament will be held from Thursday, June 29th, to Sunday, July 2nd, at HBV’s playing area. The setup of the event area started yesterday and will continue until Thursday (see image above). The area will be dismantled on Monday. Playing courts can be set up on the outskirts of the area where there is space. A few courts may be set up for volunteers to play before and after their shifts.
Admission to the area is free. VIP tickets are sold in advance on HBV’s website. For more information, visit hbv.fi/futures and the Facebook event.
SUPER WEEK July 3rd to 9th
During Super Week, tournaments will be held every day of the week as follows:
- Mon July 3rd Hape Open hobby tournament, registration for members / registration for non-members
- Tue July 4th Junior SM – tournament, tournament fee for members / tournament fee for non-members (NOTE: You need to register also in Torneopal)
- Tue July 4th Tirsat, registration opens on Mon 3.7. at 12 PM and closes on Tue 4.7. at 8:00 AM
- Wed July 5th Second day of Junior SM – tournament, see registration links above
- Wed July 5th Keskarit, registration opens on Tue 4.7. at 12 PM and closes on Wed 5.7. at 8:00 AM
- Thu July 6th JNBT, Jyrki Nurminen Beach Tour, tournament fee (NOTE: You need to register also in Torneopal)
- Fri July 7th Mixed hobby tournament, register
- Sat July 8th Clash of Kings and Queens qualifying matches, register
- Sun July 9th Clash of Kings and Queens finals day
Other playing on the beach is possible for HBV members at the same time as space becomes available or is freed up. For example, in the evenings as the games progress towards the finals, tournament courts are usually freed up for general play. WEEKLY COMPETITIONS
There are no weekly competitions today or tomorrow. Next week, the weekly competitions will be held as usual on July 4th and 5th. There will also be Junior SM tournament on Tuesday and Wednesday next week. In Tirsat on July 4th, it is the players’ responsibility to switch the courts and nets from junior dimensions to adult dimensions before the start of Tirsat and back to junior dimensions after Tirsat. This is important to ensure that the competitions can start on schedule on Wednesday morning.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteers are still needed for both weeks. Sign up for Futures volunteering using this form and enter your name in the Excel sheet (linked in the form) for the 4-hour shifts that suit you or for the dismantling on Monday morning.

Please note that tournament preparations take up a significant amount of time for all volunteers and summer workers involved in HBV’s operations during these weeks. We may not be able to respond to inquiries in our usual manner.
