Viikkokisojen pisteiden syötön käyttökokemusta parannetaan ja Google sheets -taulukoista luovutaan kesällä 2022. Tirsoissa 31.5. ja keskareissa 1.6. kisapisteiden syöttö tehdään henkilökohtaisten, pysyvien linkkien kautta eli linkkisi toimii jokaisessa viikkokisassa tästä eteenpäin. Saat oman linkkisi sähköpostilla osoitteeseen, jonka kirjoitat kisailmoittautumisen yhteydessä – ole siis tarkkana että kirjaat sähköpostisi oikein ilmoittautumislomakkeeseen. Jos sähköpostia ei ilmoittautumisen jälkeen kuulu, tarkistathan roskapostin ja ota tarvittaessa yhteyttä osoitteeseen viikkokisat “at” hbv.fi. Koska linkki on henkilökohtainen, älä jaa linkkiäsi kenellekään ja tallenna se mobiiliselaimesi kirjanmerkkeihin, jotta löydät sen helposti.
Kun lohkojaot on julkaistu, näet linkkisi kautta kaiken tarvittavan tiedon – pelin alkamisajankohdan, kentän, lohkosi muut pelaajat sekä lohkon numeron. Pisteiden tallentaminen mahdollistuu hetkeä ennen pelien alkua. Pisteet kirjataan lohkon 1. sijoitetulle pelaajalle erän piste-erona kuten aikaisemminkin. Sopikaa lohkon pelaajien kesken, kuka pisteet lohkon 1. pelaajalle kirjaa. Pelien päätyttyä n. klo 21 pisteiden kirjaus suljetaan, eikä pisteitä voi enää kirjata. Muista siis kirjata pisteesi ajoissa! Tirsoissa 31.5. ja keskareissa 1.6. käytetään uuden kirjaustavan rinnalla myös vanhaa Google sheets -kirjausta, josta voit teknisten ongelmien ilmetessä tarkistaa lohkosi, pelin ajankohdan sekä kentän numeron. Muistattehan huolehtia siitä, että yksi lohkossa kirjaa kisapisteet 31.5. ja 1.6. myös Google sheetsiin. Huomaa kuitenkin, että sheets-kirjaus poistuu kesäkuussa 2022 – mahdollisesti jo 7.6. ja 8.6. kisoissa. Tästä viestitään kuitenkin vielä erikseen.
Muutoin viikkokisat pysyvät ennallaan. Ilmoittautuminen päättyy klo 21:00 kisoja edeltävänä päivänä ja peruutukset tehdään sähköpostitse osoitteeseen viikkokisat “at” hbv.fi klo 12:00 mennessä kisapäivänä. Lohkojakojen valmistumisesta tiedotetaan edelleen Facebookissa viimeistään klo 14:30 kisapäivänä.
Uudessa lohkolinkkitoteutuksessa näet vain oman lohkosi pelitiedot. Jotta pääset näkemään myös pelikaveriesi lohkot, tullaan Google sheetsissä edelleen ylläpitämään suppeampaa lohkolistaa, jossa näkyy kisan kunkin lohkon pelaajat, muttei kenttä, piste- tai muuta tietoa. Suppeampi lohkolistaus julkaistaan Facebookissa ja tulee Google sheets -pisteiden syötön tilalle.
Järjestämme 31.5. ja 1.6. viikkokisainfot klo 19:00 tiistaina ja klo 18:45 keskiviikkona HBV:n kopilla. Jos sinulla on kysymyksiä tai haluat muuten antaa palautetta, se onnistuu infon yhteydessä. Voit myös ottaa yhteyttä osoitteeseen viikkokisat “at” hbv.fi.

The user experience for entering the points in weekly games, keskarit and tirsat, is improved and Google sheets scoring will be decommissioned during summer 2022. In the games on 31st May (tirsat) and 1st June (keskarit), the point registration is done via private, permanent links. You will receive your link by email to the address you write down when signing up for the games. Hence, be careful that you write your email correctly in the registration form. If you do not receive confirmation email after the registration, please check the spam and if necessary, contact us viikkokisat “at” hbv.fi. Your link will work in every weekly game from now on. Since the link is a private one, do not share it with anyone and save it to bookmarks in your mobile browser so you can find it easily.
Once the pools are published, you will see all the necessary information, the start time of the game, the court, the other players in your pool, and the pool number through your private link. Points are registered for the player ranked 1st in the pool as a point difference. You are able to enter your points shortly before start time of the game. It is up to you, whether you enter the points after each pool game or at the end of the games. However, agree with the pool who takes charge of registering the points. After the games, the weekly game is closed around 21:00 and entering the points is no longer possible. In addition to the new private links, on 31st May and on 1st June, you should still use the old Google sheets point entry. You can check your pool, the start time of the games and the court number from sheets in case of technical problems. However, note that entering points in Google sheets will be decommissioned in June 2022 – possibly as early as on 7th June and 8th June. This will be communicated separately.
Otherwise, the weekly games will remain the same. Registration ends at 21:00 the day before the games and cancellations are made by email to viikkokisat ”at” hbv.fi by 12:00 on the day of the games. The pools will be announced on Facebook no later than 14:30 on the day of the games.
In the new private link implementation, you will only see your pool game information. In order to see your friends’ pools we will maintain a simple pool list in Google sheets but the court, points entry or other information will no longer be available there. This simple pool list will be published on Facebook and it replaces Google sheets point entry in June 2022.
